This role is responsible for advancing mission‑aligned community development; strengthening community, vendor, and provider partnerships; and ensuring community services are delivered with a clear focus on outcomes, quality, and population‑level impact.

What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership, with direct supervision of two managers and their teams, to ensure community-facing programs are aligned with agency priorities, mission, and impact goals.
- Lead the agency’s grant strategy, including development, reporting, and evaluation activities and continuous improvement, while establishing clear quality standards and coordination structure.
- Build and steward strong relationships with community partners, vendors and service providers to advance shared goals and outcomes.
- Provide leadership for community service networks across the MI Choice Waiver, Older Americans Act Programs, Community Care Hub, and related initiatives ensuring adequate capacity, high service quality, and responsiveness to identified community needs.
- Provide leadership oversight and strategic direction for senior volunteer programs.
- Set and manage the strategic direction with the Campus for Creative Aging as a platform for innovation, community engagement, earned revenue opportunities, and scalable program models that enhance sustainability and reach.
- Contribute to cross-agency learning, alignment, and accountability by participation in executive leadership, strategic planning, and agency-wide data, performance and impact discussions.

Qualifications
- Bachelors required in Human Services, Business, Social Work, Organizational Management, or a related field; master’s preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership and management experience, with Director level responsibilities preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading grant development within complex grant-funded programs.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in community-based programs, human services, aging services, or related non-profit or public-sector environment.
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $85,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
