Automotive Technician - Volkswagen
Overview
Crown Auto Group is seeking an experienced technician who is willing to learn and get certified for Volkswagen service to join our dealership service team. The ideal candidate has strong Volkswagen repair, automotive diagnostics, and mechanical repair experience and takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Volkswagen vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, drivability, HVAC, and brake systems.
- Perform Volkswagen service, maintenance, inspections, warranty repairs, and recalls.
- Use Volkswagen diagnostic equipment, scan tools, service information, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform accurate automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Document repairs and diagnostic findings clearly.
- Identify additional maintenance and repair needs.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer safety and repair procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician, Volkswagen Technician, or VW Technician.
- Volkswagen dealership experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with computerized diagnostic equipment and modern automotive electrical systems.
- ASE certification and/or Volkswagen factory training preferred.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
