Advanced Physical Medicine & Rehab (APMR) is an integrative medical practice dedicated to helping patients achieve better health through non-surgical, personalized care. Our services include spinal decompression, chiropractic care, functional medicine, regenerative therapies, peptide and hormone optimization, rehabilitation, and wellness programs designed to address the root cause of chronic conditions—not just the symptoms.
As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a Front Desk / Administrative Assistant who is professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and provide an exceptional first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Verify insurance and collect patient payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, paperwork, and treatment plans
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
