JOB SUMMARY
The Landscape Maintenance Laborer will work effectively with the Foreman to maintain, care for, and preserve existing landscapes and grounds to ensure project success and high standards of quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain daily communication and interface effectively with project foremen and crew members.
· Complete assigned daily maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently.
· Demonstrate the ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
· Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and blowing.
· Inspect, repair, and maintain existing irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance.
· Execute seasonal landscape care, including mulching, lawn fertilization, leaf removal, and plant care.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper tool and equipment maintenance.
· Report progress and any site issues or plant health concerns to the project foreman.
· Operate light to medium-sized landscape maintenance equipment, such as mowers, line trimmers, hedge clippers, and blowers.
· Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
· Must be dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
· Ability to perform all duties at a professional level, demonstrating attention to detail and quality.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Prior exceptional work experience with the company preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
· Capability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and reaching.
· Adequate physical stamina and endurance to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.
· Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate various hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
· Ability to use muscles for extended periods without significant fatigue.
· Good balance and agility to navigate uneven terrain and work in different positions.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
