Schedules: multiple shift available
What you'll do:
- Safely operating a Class A tractor-trailer with a dry van trailer
- Picking up and delivering freight on scheduled local routes
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Securing cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage
- Following DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
- Communicating with dispatch about route status, delays, or issues
- Managing pickup and delivery appointments on time
- Monitoring vehicle condition and reporting maintenance needs
- Providing professional customer service at shippers and receivers
- Returning home daily on local routes
Job requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- Ability to pass DOT drug/alcohol screening and physical
- Experience with dry van trailers (2+ years required)
