Crobar | Creative Leverage is seeking to hire a talented, positive, and motivated Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director to join our growing team. We are searching for someone with a uniquely creative eye with past experience to prove it. We are a quirky, close-knit, small but growing creative team. We have a wide range of client categories ranging from home furnishings and upholstery, outdoor sports to contract and residential flooring, and more. We work closely with each client to execute a wide range of deliverables, including interactive brochures, print ads, social media content, showroom, and tradeshow graphics, websites, logos, e-blasts, in-house videos, audio, photography & more!
Our perfect candidate must have the following credentials…
- A completed degree in a creative field (Graphic Design, Communications, Media Art, etc.)
- 5 or more years of related graphic design experience
- Past agency experience
- A comprehensive portfolio that will wow us
- Experience in XD and other digital environments
- Motion Graphics abilities a plus but not required
- High level of skill with the latest Creative Cloud programs
- Video experience is preferred but not required

· Generating visual concepts with our Creative Director’s guidance across all of our media platforms
- Introducing and applying expert design to the visual elements of creative projects
- Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media & campaigns
- Inspiring the agency’s clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work
- Uncovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns
