800 Tower Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance.
Duties:

Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner

Resolve maintenance issues in the area of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
-
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
-
Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
-
Provide residents with outstanding customer service
-
At least 12 months of onsite experience
-
Possess valid Identification
-
Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances.

3+ years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience
-
Bilingual preferred but not required
-
Proven experience completing full unit turns and make-readies
-
Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves)
-
Skilled in drywall repair, painting, etc
-
Ability to complete most maintenance repairs

Experience managing work orders and preventive maintenance
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
-
Leadership experience supervising or training maintenance staff preferred
-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and participate in an on-call rotation
