Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Overtime available; may require working later during the week and some weekends as needed)

Position Overview
Abacus Staffing is hiring a Cycle Count / Inventory & Returns Associate for a dedicated account in Hialeah Gardens, FL. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, cycle counting, returns processing, and customer support within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records

Receive, inspect, and process customer returns

Maintain detailed and accurate returns logs

Conduct routine quality checks on inventory

Manage inventory disposal per customer instructions

Update inventory reports and provide weekly updates

Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies

Locate misplaced or unidentified inventory

Assist pickers with alternative inventory locations when needed

Take photos, measurements, and inspections per customer request

Respond to customer email requests related to inventory
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Prior inventory experience required

Order Picker experience required

Basic computer skills and math skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
