The Vine Juice Company is seeking friendly, dependable, and energetic team members to join our growing juice bar. Whether you’re a student, looking for a second job, or simply want a position with scheduling flexibility, we’d love to meet you.
As a Juice Bar Team Member, you’ll help create an exceptional customer experience while preparing smoothies, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices, toasts, coffees, and other wellness-focused menu items. No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our operation.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare smoothies, smoothie bowls, juices, coffees, and specialty drinks
- Assist with cold-pressed juice production and food preparation
- Prepare toasts, grab-and-go items, and other menu offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Take customer orders and process transactions through our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help customers learn about products and make recommendations

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Experience
Previous experience in food service, coffee shops, restaurants, retail, customer service, smoothie bars, or cafés is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
