Pioneer Vending is one of the leading amusement and vending providers across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. We are now seeking a positive, customer-focused Delivery Driver / Install Technician to join our team.
Position Overview
This position involves delivering, installing, and setting up amusement and vending equipment at customer locations—including jukeboxes, sound systems, ATMs, and arcade games. The role requires strong physical ability, teamwork, customer interaction, and attention to detail. You will work with a partner, drive a box truck, and occasionally stay overnight for installs.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday (4-day work week!)
- One overnight trip per week possible (per diem, lodging, and differential pay provided)
What You’ll Do
- Load trucks with assigned equipment, parts, and supplies
- Deliver and install equipment: sound systems, ATMs, pool tables, arcade games, etc.
- Refelt and level pool tables
- Confirm equipment functionality and obtain customer signatures
- Communicate installation details and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work as a team with rotating partners
- Maintain accurate paperwork, delivery tickets, and DOT logbook
- Keep truck inventory organized and restock as needed
- Maintain an active DOT medical card (or be able to obtain one)
- Represent Pioneer Vending with professionalism at every location
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT medical exam
- Ability to lift 75 lbs or more routinely
- Comfortable driving an 18’+ box truck
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic mechanical/technical aptitude
- Positive attitude, punctual, and team-oriented
- Audio installation experience a plus (not required)
