Job Summary
We are seeking extroverted and enthusiastic Team Members to join our fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus, along with any experience in kitchen operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
