Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lawncare Foreman to lead our landscaping and maintenance teams in delivering exceptional outdoor environments. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, and complete physical labor with the crew. Your leadership will inspire your team to work efficiently, safely, and with a keen eye for detail, creating beautiful, healthy lawns that exceed client expectations.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mowing crew.
- Ensure all lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition.
- Train team members on best practices for landscape maintenance, safety procedures, and customer service.
Requirements
- No less than 1 year of experience for operating and managing a mowing crew, and proven experience in landscape maintenance, with a strong understanding of lawn care techniques.
- A PA drivers license, the ablity to pass the DOT physical, and a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance for landscaping tools and machinery.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
