The Director of Nursing (DON) will join a dedicated, resident-centered care team in a supportive community setting along the Jersey Shore. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Nursing (DON) who is a Registered Nurse (RN) with proven leadership in a long-term care (LTC) environment. Prior nursing home experience is required for the Director of Nursing (DON) position.

Oversee all nursing operations and clinical care throughout the facility
Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness
Collaborate with facility leadership on quality of care and clinical outcomes
Manage nursing schedules, staffing, and department budgets
