Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. Duties
- Develop and execute creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills among preschool children.
- Implement curriculum development strategies that support literacy education, math skills, physical education, and cognitive growth.
- Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and effective behavior management to promote positive conduct.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address individual needs, and support early intervention efforts when necessary.
- Support children with special education needs by adapting activities and providing targeted assistance to promote inclusive learning experiences.
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's developmental milestones, assessments, and standardized testing results as required.
Requirements
- Proven classroom management experience in early childhood settings or preschool environments.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and childcare best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or Montessori methods.
- Experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Familiarity with classroom experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred.
