- 1+ year of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or retail inventory management preferred.
- Previous leadership or training experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with POS or inventory management systems
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 60 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- TAM Card (Alcohol Beverage Awareness Certification) may be required, depending on location
- Security clearance may be required, depending on job duties
- Employment may be contingent upon passing background checks and/or drug screening, where permitted by law
