We help clients bring complex ideas to life through strategic planning, messaging, presentation design, digital experiences, multimedia, and creative campaigns.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Content Specialist / Project Coordinator who can manage multiple projects, ensure content and creative are accurate, polished, and on-brand, and keep work moving forward on schedule. You’ll work closely with designers, writers, and account management teams to support the successful delivery of creative and marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
· Review and proof creative deliverables for grammar, accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
· Work closely with creative and account teams to keep projects moving and deadlines on track
· Apply client brand guidelines and help maintain quality standards
· Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
· Build strong, collaborative relationships across the team
· Quickly learn and work with technical subject matter
What you bring
· 5+ years of experience in a creative agency, marketing, or similar corporate environment
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
· Exceptional collaborative and relationship building skills
· Ability to quickly understand complex or technical content
· Relative industry experience and ability to quickly grasp technical content
· BA/BS in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
Work arrangement:
· Full time
· Primarily remote
· Must be available for occasional on-site meetings in San Jose
