Position Summary
Lay It Out Events is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Team Members to assist with the production, set-up, and strike of our vibrant events across Central Oregon. As a key player in our event operations, you will help transform blank spaces into unforgettable experiences for attendees. Major Responsibilities/Daily Essential Functions
Requirements
- Strong interest in event production.
- Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Capability to follow directions and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Availability for pre-event orientation sessions.
- Seasonal Work. Flexibility to work mornings, nights and weekends during the event season (July - October)
- Daily hours will vary based on the event needs.
- Must possess the physical strength to lift, move, and sort waste materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in event production or a related field is a plus but not required.
Professionalism
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, vendors, and team members.
- Communicate effectively with the event management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
Current Hiring Rate: $22/hr
Minimum Age Requirement: 18+
