What You'll Do
- Connect with warm leads who've already requested an insurance quote — no cold calling.
- Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and recommend the right coverage.
- Partner with our inbound team to close business efficiently.
- Track your pipeline, follow up consistently, and celebrate every win.
- Hit personal and team sales targets and daily activity standards.
What We Offer
- Pay: $36,000 base + $1,000–$6,000 in monthly bonuses (uncapped). On-target earnings: $48K–$112K.
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. No nights. No weekends.
- PTO: 12 days.

What You Bring
- Active Property & Casualty License (required).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset.
- Integrity and a genuine desire to help clients protect what matters most.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
