PRG Educational is hiring Substitute Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year for Charter & Private Schools. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who want to make a difference in students’ lives.
Assignments are available daily, short-term, and long-term in K–12 classrooms.
Pay
$120–$150 per day
Pay varies by school and assignment

Responsibilities
- Follow lesson plans provided by the teacher
- Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment
- Support student learning and engagement
- Communicate professionally with school staff
- Manage classroom behavior effectively
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work with students in K–12 schools
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Must pass State of Florida background check and fingerprinting ( We provide you with the information to get this done, if you do not have it.)
