Requirements of Applicants
Strong background in Literacy (specifically guided reading and writer's workshop) and Science of Reading
Knowledgeable in the best practices to deliver instruction to students of various levels and with various learning needs
Proven record of developing engaging lesson plans and delivering instruction in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies in elementary schools
Solid understanding of children's developmental needs
Ability to address the needs of all students and challenge each one to reach his/her potential
Team Player with strong communication skills
Excellent classroom management skills
