Full Circle Home Care is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Care Professionals to provide high-quality care and support throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
We have a variety of cases available with morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. Hours and days vary based on client needs.
Weekend availability is required as part of our scheduling expectations.
Responsibilities
Depending on the client's needs, responsibilities may include:
- Personal care assistance
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship
- Community outings and activities
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Following individualized care plans
- Documenting services provided
- Reporting changes in client condition
- Communicating with families, nurses, and office staff
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
Every client is unique, so duties will vary depending on the authorized services and level of care required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving or direct support experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current vehicle insurance (if driving)
- Ability to pass a Maryland state background check
- Ability to pass random drug screenings
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication, reliability, and time management skills
