LVN – 1:1 Pediatric Private Duty Nursing | Days & Nights available!
Location: Port Lavaca, TX & Bloomington, TX

Pay Rate:: $23–$41/hr (Varies thru Exp & Specialty)
We are hiring compassionate LVNs and RNs for immediate private duty nursing openings in San Antonio and Corpus Christi(Victoria, Bloomington, Port Lavaca, Etc.). Choose from day, night, weekday, weekend, full-time, or PRN schedules.
Available Case:
Port Lavaca, TX 77979 – Low Acuity Pediatric Case
9 y/o Male
Schedule: Dayshift(Sunday only 7AM-7PM) or Nightshift(Mon, Fri, Sat & Sun only 7pm-7am)

Bloomington, TX 77951 – Adult Male Case
Schedule: Dayshift (Sat&Sun only | 9AM-6PM)
PRN Available: Weekdays 8AM-6PM

Responsibilities
- Nurse must be willing to travel up to but no more than 20 miles from home to patient’s residence.
- Provide one‑on‑one nursing care in the patient's home
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs
- Manage care for G‑tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators when required
- Reinforced education to families on patient care and safety
- Document care accurately using Kantime Electronic Medical Records
- Standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN license
- Current BLS certification (must be in-person)
- Current TB within the last year or Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years
- Reliable transportation
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required
- Recent Graduates Welcomed! Training is provided, Must have active license.
