Franciska Wine Bar is a small, owner-operated restaurant located in Portland's Old Port. Our kitchen is intentionally small and focused, dedicated to preparing thoughtful, seasonal dishes with attention to detail and a deep respect for local ingredients.
Our menu is inspired by the flavors of Argentina and shaped by the traditions of Spain and Italy, while celebrating the exceptional products of New England. We believe in simplicity, restraint, and letting great ingredients speak for themselves.

Responsibilities
- Daily prep and Cold Station production
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Supporting FOH service as needed
- Contributing to a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
