We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Landscape Crew Leaders to lead our team.
Must have reliable transportation.
Hours are from 7am to 3:30pm
Pay Is Weekly
As a vital part of our landscaping services, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' lawns and gardens. This role requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality lawn care services.
Pay is based on experience. Overtime available.

Compensation

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the daily success of multiple commercial maintenance accounts, including:
- Leading and managing a commercial landscape crew
- Ensuring every property meets company quality standards
- Loading, unloading, and securing equipment each day
- Daily inspection and maintenance of trucks, trailers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and all equipment
- Training new employees on company procedures
- Holding crew members accountable for quality and productivity
- Managing time efficiently to complete all scheduled properties
- Communicating with management regarding property concerns, customer requests, and equipment issues
- Photographing completed work when required
- Maintaining a clean, organized trailer and shop area
- Preventing unnecessary equipment damage through proper operation and inspections
- Enforcing company safety policies
- Solving problems independently in the field
- Maintaining professional appearance and customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year commercial landscaping experience
- Previous crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial mowing and landscape maintenance
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and trailers
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to pull and back trailers confidently
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat

Duties
- Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Hedge Trimming, weed eating, edging, weed spraying, leaf blowing.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various lawn care activities.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal preparations.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is require.
- Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques is advantageous.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape care and maintenance.
