What You'll Do
- Provide preventive dental hygiene services and periodontal therapy.
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and oral health screenings.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
- Develop individualized continuing care plans.
- Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation.
- Monitor patient periodontal health and recommend appropriate treatment.
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit.
- Maintain the highest standards of infection control and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Previous clinical dental hygiene experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
- Comfortable with electronic charting and dental technology.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
- Passion for building long-term patient relationships and improving oral health.
