We’re looking for an experienced RN injector to help launch the MedSpa division of one of Houston’s top-rated luxury spas. If you’re confident with Botox, fillers, and client care—and you’re excited to build something from the ground up without starting cold—this is your chance.

Known for clean, glowing results—not gimmicks—we’re now expanding into full-service medical aesthetics at both of our high-end locations.
This is your opportunity to join a non-franchise, esthetician-owned team and help build our MedSpa brand from the inside. No cold starts—we already serve 1000+ clients every 6 months, many of whom are ready to convert into medical aesthetic patients.
This is not a filler role. This is a chance to become our foundational RN injector and help shape our MedSpa offerings, systems, and results from the inside.

Services You’ll Support or Perform:
- Neuromodulators: Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify
- Dermal Fillers: Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, Versa, Sculptra
- Biostimulators, PRP, Kybella
- Laser services: IPL, skin resurfacing (if certified)
- RF microneedling, IPL/Laser (depending on training)
- GLP-1 & B12 weight loss injections
- IV therapy + vitamin injections (if certified)
- Medical consults, EMR charting, client education, compliance

Requirements
- Active RN license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with injectables (Botox + fillers)
- Experience with laser treatments highly preferred
- Friendly, confident presence—clients love working with you
- Strong documentation habits and attention to safety
- Comfortable working independently with MD oversight
- Eager to help shape our medical aesthetics offerings from day one
- Ability to rotate between Upper Kirby and Tanglewood as needed
This is not a training position. Newly certified or apprentice injectors will not be considered.

Pay Structure:
Starting pay: $35–$45/hr + Bonuses, based on experience and service performance.
