Are you a passionate, experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician who loves what you do and wants to be part of building something new?
We’re opening a brand-new veterinary hospital and are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly motivated Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our founding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be more than just an employee. As one of our first team members, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our hospital culture, patient care standards, client experience, and the way our team works together.
We’re looking for someone who is confident in their skills, enjoys learning, loves working with both animals and people, and wants to grow with a new and evolving practice.
The Ideal Candidate
- Is a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in good standing
- Has previous experience working in a veterinary hospital or clinical setting
- Is confident providing high-quality patient care and supporting veterinarians
- Has a strong understanding of anesthesia, monitoring, laboratory diagnostics, radiology, pharmacy, and nursing care
- Truly loves working with animals and treats every patient with compassion and respect
- Enjoys educating and connecting with pet owners
- Is comfortable communicating with clients about patient care and treatment plans
- Is confident, dependable, organized, and able to prioritize in a busy environment
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in doing things correctly
- Is a team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a little fun to the workplace
- Is curious and eager to continue learning and expanding their skills
- Wants the opportunity to take on responsibility and grow with the business
