Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Your Role:
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and banquet services. Here are some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Lead and support the F&B team, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of all F&B outlets, maintaining high standards of service.
- Monitor and manage inventory, cost control, purchasing, and budgeting to optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement promotional and marketing strategies to drive sales and attract guests.
- Collaborate with the team to create and update menus, considering cost, pricing, and guest preferences.
- Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Prepare and manage schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth operation during peak times.
- Participate in financial reporting, including payroll, purchasing, and expense tracking.
- Ensure departmental training and reporting is completed as scheduled.
- Participate in required M.O.D. program as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Leadership experience required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is preferred.
- Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications.
- Must be proficient with POS and Windows operating systems.
