What You'll Be Doing
As a Fleet Solutions Sales Specialist, your job is to open doors. You'll be reaching out to business owners and fleet managers through calls, emails, and follow-up sequences to book meetings. You'll be armed with modern tools, AI-driven workflows, and automation that takes the busywork off your plate, so you can focus on conversations and connections.
This isn't a dead-end role. It's a launch pad. Sales Specialists who perform have a clear path into Account Executive and leadership positions as the team expands.
What You'll Earn
- $2,000/month base pay
- $75 for every qualified meeting you set
- $100 for every meeting that closes
- Commissions are uncapped — your ceiling is whatever you're willing to build
What We're Looking For
- Strong communicator — confident on the phone and clear in writing
- Comfortable talking to business owners and decision-makers
- Great follow-up habits and a reliable work ethic
- Comfortable with CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Able to handle rejection and stay consistent anyway

- 100% remote
- 40 hours of sick time accrued annually
