We are looking for an experienced and reliable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, plating, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
Must have previous kitchen experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with prep, cooking, and service
- Supervise kitchen staff during shifts
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Help with inventory and ordering needs
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
Schedule: Full-time, flexible availability required.
Pay: Based on experience.
Pay: $52,109.32 - $62,755.32 per year
