Genesis Wellness & Aesthetics is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Sales & Growth Manager to support consultation conversion, patient retention, operational growth, branding, marketing, and patient experience within our growing luxury medical aesthetics practice.This is NOT a traditional front desk role. We are looking for someone with strong medical aesthetics sales experience, marketing experience, leadership mentality, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to help drive clinic growth and operational performance.This role will also support the launch and growth of our sister company, Luma Imaging Center.
Schedule
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM – 5:00PM
Approximately 32 hours weekly with opportunity for future growth and expanded leadership responsibilities as the company continues scaling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and in-person consultations
- Support advanced treatment package conversion
- Lead follow-up and patient communication
- Improve patient retention and rebooking
- Optimize provider schedules and utilization
- Support membership growth and retention
- Coordinate social media posting and branding consistency
- Assist with patient financing conversations
- Support virtual and in-person marketing outreach
- Assist with operational systems and clinic growth initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year medical aesthetics and/or medical sales experience REQUIRED
- Marketing experience REQUIRED
- Strong consultation and sales skills REQUIRED
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced luxury aesthetics environment
- Leadership mentality with growth-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, or patient coordination preferred
- Social media and branding experience preferred
