This position is Full-Time. You will enjoy providing excellent customer service while assisting the Property Manager(s) with daily property management tasks.
This position is responsible for assisting the Property Manager(s) with their daily management duties; including, but not limited to, inspecting residential homes, coordinating vendors for occupied rental maintenance & move-out turnover maintenance/cleaning needs.

● Comfortable using handheld device such as tablet or phone
● Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
● Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
● Self-motivated, organized & efficient
● Good time management & strong work ethic
● Able to easily work in a fast-paced environment
● Team player & ability to work alone
● High attention to detail & strong organizational skills
● Positive attitude
●At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
● Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record & clean background
Responsibilities:
● Answering phone / text / email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
● Processing applications & gathering additional information (proof of income, proof of identity, etc.), to be provided to the PM
● Property showings (as needed)
● Move-in / Move-out inspections (as needed)
● Schedule/Coordinate move-out turnover cleaning maintenance
● Maintenance request scheduling / coordination
● Exterior property inspections for possible lease violations
● Read mobile home water meters monthly & charge tenant's accordingly
● Rent collection, including on-site drop boxes, inputting rent payments into property management software & depositing funds at the bank
● Assisting with drafting notices, lease addendums, violations, etc. for the Property Manager
● Mailing or hand delivering notices, lease violations, lease addendums, etc.
● Utilize Property Management software to track and update tenant information, owner information, property information, etc
● Other tasks as delegated by the Property Manager
Physical Demands:
● Required to answer incoming phone calls / place outgoing phone calls
● Required to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
● May be required to travel to properties we manage
● May be required to go up & down staircases for multi-level properties
● May be required to lift 50+ lbs.
