Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general maintenance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
- Spot areas that need maintenance.
- Mow and maintain grounds.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
