Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication and timely responses to calls.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining organized records and filing systems.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Provide employee and customer support by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, data management, and communication.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Support office management tasks including inventory management, ordering supplies, maange our team of interns and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills by prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to enhance communication with diverse clients.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to perform clerical duties including filing, typing, and data entry with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal assistant experience is advantageous for supporting executives or managers effectively.
