Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Suwanee, Georgia.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- 100% center-based BCBA position
- Lead ABA treatment planning and clinical programming
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain autonomy over treatment planning and caseload management
- Manage an approximately 8-client caseload
- Utilize Central Reach software platform
- Work within a structured and collaborative care environment
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No Call
- No Weekends
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $90,000+
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
