We are a growing jewelry brand focused on timeless, minimalist everyday pieces. Our materials include sterling silver, gold-plated copper, and lab-grown diamonds, and we're looking for a freelance designer who shares our love for clean lines and thoughtful design.
We're seeking a part-time freelance jewelry designer to help us develop new collections on an ongoing basis. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and creative freedom. You'll work closely with our founder to bring a fresh, market-aware perspective to our product line, with a focus on designs that resonate with the US jewelry customer.
If you have a strong portfolio in minimalist jewelry, experience with our core materials, and knowledge of the American market, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and provide strategic insights on US jewelry trends and consumer preferences
- Produce 5 original sketches per week
- Develop technical drawings for production
- Revise designs promptly based on internal feedback
- Recommend materials, finishes, and stone placements aligned with design and cost objectives
- Ensure all designs are production-feasible and cost-conscious
- Communicate weekly progress and attend remote team check-ins
