Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with customers, and are driven by performance-based earnings, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
- 5 days per week
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Every 3rd Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This is a commission-based position with expected annual earnings of approximately $50,000–$120,000+, depending on individual performance and bonuses achieved.
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations.
- Prepare estimates and explain repairs clearly.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status and timelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term relationships.
- Ensure repair orders are accurate and completed efficiently.
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
