Position Overview
As a Beau’s Bar Associate Bartender, you will craft high-quality cocktails while engaging with Yellow Rose customers in Beau’s Bar and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. You will create memorable guest experiences by connecting with guests and showing off your passions with mixology!
Your Responsibilities

You are customer driven.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming inclusive environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies.

Stepping out from behind the bar to attend to the customers who are shopping around the store.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.

Uphold all liquor laws and regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications/Skills:

Accomplished mixologist

High school diploma or GED

At least 1 year of bartending experience

Must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one

Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends

Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly approachable demeanor

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures

Must have a flexible schedule
