Pay: $18.50 per hour. Four weeks (20 workdays) of PTO (accrues after 90 days) and 10 paid holidays.

We are hiring a Crew Lead (Seasonal) to supervise our “Get-It-Done Crew” while mentoring participants toward long-term employment success.This role requires someone who can run job sites professionally while supporting individuals who are rebuilding stability in their lives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a small crew on daily job sites
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer standards
- Complete work including lawn care, landscaping, junk removal, apartment turns, and snow removal
- Drive company trucks and trailers. You must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a light duty truck towing a dump trailer.
- Provide mentorship and accountability to crew members
- Model professionalism, punctuality, and strong work habits
- Communicate clearly with customers, staff, and crew members
- Track job details and hours using company systems
- Participate in morning meetings and program support activities

Qualifications Required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience leading or supervising small teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
Preferred
- Lawn care or landscaping experience
- Experience operating lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Experience driving trucks and trailers or towing equipment
- Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment
