Health Insurance Agent (Hospital Indemnity) Help People Protect What Matters Most

As a Health Insurance Agent, you'll educate clients about supplemental hospital indemnity coverage, helping them understand their options and choose plans that fit their individual needs. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Educate clients about hospital indemnity insurance and available coverage options.
- Conduct phone consultations to understand each client's needs.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and limitations in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- Assist clients with applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Respond promptly to client questions and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM software.
- Stay informed about insurance products, compliance requirements, and industry updates.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Active Health or Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule effectively.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid work environment.
