Core Duties
Lead by example while maintaining professionalism, dependability, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, utility coordination, traffic control, subcontractor scheduling, material and equipment coordination, inspections, utility conflict resolution, quantity tracking, pay requests, and as-built drawings. Maintain project documentation, coordinate with owners, engineers, utility companies, NCDOT, subcontractors, and local authorities, ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, support the training of team members, and stay current with industry best practices.
Education, TrainingCertifications
Preferred qualifications include 1–3+ years of experience in water, force main, sanitary sewer, or storm drainage construction. Preferred certifications include OSHA Supervisor Training, Trenching and Excavation Competent Person, Rigging, Qualified Work Zone Traffic Control Supervisor, Flagger Certification, and First Aid/CPR.
