Responsibilities
● Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
● Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
● Prepare bubble teas, smoothies, slushies, and bubble waffles according to company recipes and quality standards.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
● Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
● Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
● Work efficiently with team members during busy shifts.
● Deliver outstanding customer service with every order.
Qualifications
● Friendly, positive, and reliable.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
● Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
● Food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we provide training.
