Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Self Storage facility. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and profitability of the property, while providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, property maintenance and upkeep, and tenant relations
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
- Conduct daily regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities using property management software (e.g., Sitelink)
- Collaborate with vendors to prioritize repairs and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
Experience:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Property Manager or similar role
- Strong driven in sales, customer service, and conflict management
- Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., Sitelink) and proficiency in data entry
- Familiarity with Self Storage is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure rentals with tenants and vendors
- Exceptional relationship management skills that build positive relationships with existing and potential clientele, including company staff at al levels.
