Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

Epic EMR preferred but not required

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Active SC PTA license required; pending state license will be considered if obtained prior to start date

Current BLS certification required

Home health experience required; all PTA experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Minimum 2 years of PTA experience preferred; 1 year may be considered on a case-by-case basis

2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

License required if applicable

All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial application; RTO requests made after submission will not be considered

The facility enforces an attendance policy for travel clinicians — missing more than two shifts during a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review and potential cancellation

Pass/fail competency testing is administered on the first day of orientation
