The Role
We are seeking energetic and fashion-forward Stylists (Sales Associates) to be the face of Subdued in our new store. As a Stylist, you will create an exceptional in-store experience by engaging with customers, offering styling advice, and delivering personalized service that reflects the Subdued lifestyle. You will also support store operations and help maintain an inspiring, customer-ready environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
- Engage with customers to understand their style preferences and offer personalized styling recommendations.
- Support daily store operations, including sales transactions, fitting room assistance, and restocking.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is inviting and on-brand.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Stay up to date on brand trends and collections to better assist customers.
- Uphold store policies and operational procedures to ensure a smooth-running environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for Subdued’s style and identity.
- Reliable, proactive, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
