- Own full project delivery — from preconstruction through closeout — with accountability for scope, budget, safety, quality, and schedule
- Lead cross-functional teams of superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring collaboration and performance at every stage
- Serve as the client’s trusted partner, maintaining strong relationships, solving challenges, and securing repeat business opportunities

Requirements of this Project Manager role:
- Degree in construction management or related degree
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a Project Manager role
- Excellent at managing budgets, financial reports and communication
- Ability to work through tight timelines
- Federal project experience preferred
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and MS suite
- OSHA 30 certified
- Must be able to pass background check
