We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Greeter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, making it essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.
Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly demeanor and warm smile.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the greeting area.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
