Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service at our showroom/gallery to walk-ins, phone, online, and WhatsApp orders.
- Design spaces for designers (B2B) and end-consumers (B2C) using our extensive catalog of Biophilic design products and artwork.
- Create renderings and floor plans for prospective clients.
- Work with existing residential and commercial clients ensuring timely communication, follow-up, and service.
- Utilize CRM software to execute follow-up strategies with new leads and past customers, maximizing sales conversion and retention.
- Assist with day-to-day showroom operations.
- Follow inventory control guidelines to assure accuracy of the Showroom's inventory.
- Assist with the production of showroom events to engage the local community and clientele.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in developing new campaigns and promotions.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
