Role Summary:
Join our team as the operational right hand for marketplace operations and project execution. You will directly manage seller accounts and product presence across Walmart Marketplace, Best Buy Marketplace, D2C (Shopify), and emerging channels, driving listing optimizations, promotions, inventory coordination, and overall channel health. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and strategic thinking directly impact revenue and customer experience across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Walmart Marketplace operations (35% of focus): oversee listing management, PDP updates, Buy Box monitoring, inventory alignment, and ad campaign coordination
- Execute Best Buy Marketplace strategy (25% of focus): handle PDP management, promotion setup, assortment maintenance, and marketplace troubleshooting
- Optimize D2C and Shopify performance (20% of focus): manage product updates, collection management, promotional execution, and landing page coordination
- Drive reporting and special projects (20% of focus): track weekly KPIs, monitor marketplace health metrics, manage SKU launches, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 2 5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience with proven marketplace success
- Direct experience managing Walmart Marketplace and Shopify stores
- Advanced Excel proficiency (data manipulation, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
