Automotive Service Advisor & Workflow Specialist
Tiremaxx Service Centers is looking for a reliable, organized individual who can handle front-end communication while also supporting technicians in the shop. We are open to considering full time or consistent part time employment.
Position Overview
This hybrid role combines customer service and hands-on shop support. As a Service Writer / Shop Assistant, you’ll be the bridge between customers and technicians—ensuring smooth workflow, clear communication, and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
CUSTOMER & FRONT COUNTER
-Greet Customers & Assess needs
-Write up Estimates and Repair Orders
-Answer phones and schedule appointments
WORKFLOW & SHOP SUPPORT
-Coordinate daily/weekly work with shop technicians
-Help move vehicles, parts, and tires
-Hands on Support- Oil Changes, New Tire Installations, Tire Repairs, Retorques, and on occasion light mechanical work to ensure completion times are met
-Assist in Daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and maintenance
Ideal Candidates
-Comfortable talking to customers AND working in the shop
-Automotive Repair and Diagnostic Knowledge
-Thrive in a fast paced environment while multitasking between customers, coworker needs, and hands on work
